@steffi_thecoach: Agency nursing is NOT what it used to be! 😭😂 Where are the £5k–£10k months, the flexible lifestyle and the freedom to travel whenever you want? I still love agency nursing, but these days, relying on shifts alone is risky. One minute the shifts are there, the next minute NOTHING! 💀 That’s one of the reasons I started exploring ways to earn outside nursing. Because honestly, I don’t want to keep depending on shifts alone.
