Pumpkin Cake: Cake: * 1 cup vegetable oil * 1 can of pumpkin * 4 eggs * 1 2/3 cup sugar * 2 cups flour * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp baking soda * 2 tsp baking powder * 2 tsp cinnamon Icing: * 2 cups powdered sugar * 3 oz cream cheese * 1 stick of buttter * 1 tsp vanilla Instructions: * preheat oven 325 * Cream together oil and pumpkin - add sugar and eggs. Mix until combined * Mix dry ingredients * Combine wet and dry ingredients and put into a greased 13 x 9 glass pan * Cool for 35 minutes * While cake bake make frosting- mix together cream cheese and butter. Once fluffy add powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy and smooth * Let cake cool before icing
