DECLARE I Will Not Be Ruled by My Emotions I may feel angry, but I will not become destructive. I may feel afraid, but I will not abandon my convictions. I may feel hurt, but I will not become bitter. I may feel discouraged, but I will not surrender my vision. My Emotions Will Not Have the Final Say. I will not let one bad moment ruin a good thing. I will not let the need to be right cost me the wisdom to listen. I will not let rejection become the measure of my worth. I will not let pressure push me into decisions I will regret. I Will Not Sacrifice My Future for Temporary Relief. I will have the courage to face what I feel. The humility to admit when I am wrong. The patience to sit with discomfort without running from it. The wisdom to know when to speak, when to be silent, and when to walk away. I will not confuse emotional intensity with the truth. I will not confuse feeling threatened with being under attack. I will not confuse discomfort with danger. I Will Be Led by Truth, Not Driven by Impulse. I have the mind of Christ. I walk by the Spirit. I am growing in the fruit of self-control. My emotions are part of my experience, but they are not the authority over my life. I Will Not Be Ruled by My Emotions. By the grace of God, I will live with wisdom, walk in self-control, and remain steadfast in every season. - @clarkson.ikwunze
