It’ll be kind of cool if a big independent studio buys that studio space like A24 or Blumhouse and they just started producing stuff out of it and we go full circle back to the old studio system 😂

lower price probably resets the tax assessment. so unless you get it for a $1 you still have to be throwing off cash to pay the property tax.
