This restaurant-style seafood dish is perfect for a special dinner or an elegant weekend meal. Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 8–12 minutes Servings: 2 Ingredients 2 lobster tails (5–6 oz each), thawed if frozen 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste ¼ teaspoon black pepper Lemon wedges, for serving Instructions 1. Preheat the broiler. Set your oven broiler to high and position the oven rack about 5–6 inches from the heat source. 2. Butterfly the lobster tails. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the top shell toward the tail fin. Gently loosen the meat and lift it through the opening, resting it on top of the shell. 3. Make the garlic butter. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. 4. Brush the lobster. Place the tails on a baking sheet with the meat facing up. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture. 5. Broil. Cook for approximately 8–12 minutes, depending on the size of the tails, brushing with additional butter halfway through.
