Hours of work went into this one. A hand-formed square beef patty — because in my kitchen, we don't cut corners — seared to perfection and draped with melted cheese on a toasted bun. Beside it, four golden chicken nuggets in my own secret breading (family recipe, don't ask), a pile of hand-cut fries, and my house dipping sauce, served in a fine plastic ramekin, just like the fancy places do. Plated it on the good china, because presentation matters. The yellow cartons in the background? Props. Purely decorative.
