Girl LISTEN. I have hashimotos and low ferritin and my doctor always treated my thyroid issue but never my ferritin. I felt HORRIBLEEEEE. the worst anxiety and fatigue ever. I started taking iron every other day with VITAMIN C and FERRITIN. after 2 months, I feel SOOOO different, energy is amazing and anxiety is basically gone. I legit feel like a new person. Wishing you the best and sending so much love!! I know the feeling and wouldn't wish it on anyone

I was at a 1.7 for feritin got 2 iron infusions 4 weeks later my feritin is at 71....I wish they would listen to us... my doctors did but because my numbers were on the floor...feritin 1.7 iron 9 hemo at 6.2

I’m so sorry, I wish I could send you a hug. I tried supplementing for months and my numbers got even lower. My ferritin is currently a 13. I did a GI map test and I go over results with my doctor next week. Usually there is something going on with your gut if you’re not absorbing iron.

Hey girl not sure if you’ll see this at all but as someone who literally felt the same exact way as you do, especially with the anxiety of feeling like d*eing n such. I have been dealing with my IDA for a year straight and basically by August of this year begged so hard and cried my eyes out to get this infusion thing going. And I was a huge crybaby when I got it done but I didn’t even care honestly it was a way for me to cope, but I promise promise and promise so heavily that it’s so worth it. I too got lost in the sea full of reading and watching videos about infusion and genuinely wish I didn’t because it wasn’t even so bad 😭 I was at 3,6,10 and now after a month later post infusion I am at a 156 with ferritin! I did get side effects but nothing too major but a reminder that really helped me to keep in mind is that my body is helping me as i recover. There’s a reason why the side effects are there to begin with, but I just kept on saying it’s TEMPORARY! Please do reach out to me if you’d like I was genuinely just like you especially if you have questions or simply wanna rant I will be there with you!

Yes girl you need that Iron infusion!! Mine gave me 5 infusions because I was so low! I feel a lot better. I could tell after my 3rd infusions how much better I was.
