I have this one and love it. I got it when I had knee replacement. It is so hard to sleep after that surgery and this helped so much.

I could really use that. I struggle getting comfortable at night with my pillows because 3 years ago I broke my T12 and then on Christmas Day this past year I fractured my L1 to L4 so I have a lot of back pain and discomfort and I also have scoliosis 24°. I must investigate purchasing this pillow.
