people ‘put off’ having kids because of the cost to raise them, the state of the world, prices of houses,food ect. all whilst wages are not increasing. and many women now prefer to be in a secure job before having a child so they are able to support them properly. hope this helps!

Young mom here, 29 with a 9 year old. Absolutely wait. Yanked my uterus out after the one. There is no rush in the world to become a mother. Please, learn who you are, travel, explore, create, sleep, love who you want, PAY for what you want! There is no identity of self when you do this.

I can afford my kids, house, and lifestyle. I have also achieved doctorate level degree all before 30. Waiting to have kids until you are finically stable and ready is the responsible choice. Let’s not glamorize teen pregnancy and providing for a child without income.
