Bonjour, j’aimerai avoir un petit conseil, depuis presque deux ans je m’entraîne acharnement sans club pour revenir plus fort que jamais, mais ça fait depuis quelques mois j’en cherche, j’envoie des messages aux coachs mais personnes ne me répond, j’ai le pressentiment que jsuis entrain de perdre mon temps même si je m’entraîne individuellement, aucuns coach de ma region ne répond à mes messages, que dois je faire ?
