You all loved my Aloo Qeema recipe last time, so I’m back with another easy, quick and absolutely delicious recipe — Palak Gosht ✨ A comforting desi combination of tender goat mince and spinach, cooked with simple spices and packed with flavour. Perfect with naan, roti or even rice. 😋 Save this recipe for later and let me know if you try it! ❤️ Palak Gosht ✨ Ingredients: • Goat curry cut– 1 kg • Mustard oil – ¾ cup • Spinach – 200 g or 1 bunch, chopped • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp • Coriander powder – 1½ tbsp • Salt – to taste Whole Spices: • Bay leaves – 4 • Black peppercorns – 10–12 • Cloves – 4–5 • Green cardamoms – 4–5 • Black cardamoms – 4–5 • Cinnamon stick – ½ inch For the Paste: • Onions – 2 large • Garlic – 8–10 cloves Method: 1️⃣ Blend the onions and garlic into a smooth paste and keep aside. 2️⃣ Heat mustard oil in a pot. Add bay leaves and all the whole spices. Add the goat mince, turmeric and salt, then sauté well until the meat changes colour and the oil starts separating. 3️⃣ Add the onion-garlic paste, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well, then add the chopped spinach. 4️⃣ Add a little water, cover and cook until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally. 5️⃣ Once cooked, sauté again on medium-high heat until the excess moisture evaporates and the oil separates beautifully. 6️⃣ If you like a little gravy, add a splash of water. Otherwise, cover and cook for another 10–12 minutes on low heat. Taste and adjust salt and chilli according to your preference. Serve hot with naan, roti or rice and enjoy! 😋❤️ Save this recipe and let me know if you’re going to try it! ✨ #indianinaustralia #lifeinaustralia #anjumsdastarkhan #palakgosht #EasyRecipes
