EP.26 | The Child They Threw Away 🌍 Everyone Wants to Lead The Gemini witches step into the cell and greet Adaeze with a wicked smile, saying they finally get to see her. She demands to know why they are there and where her daughter is. They tell her to relax, because Oluchi is alive and only under a sleeping spell so Adaeze can’t ruin their plan. Adaeze asks why they are helping Chief Nnamdi and what they gain from it. One witch laughs and says they are not helping him: Nnamdi wants to lead, they want to lead too, and to do that they need the flame. Adaeze asks how Udeh fits into all this, and the witches start to explain. They remind her of what happened a year after her father’s death, when the community refused to be ruled by Nnamdi and gathered to choose their own leader by vote. They were voting for Udeh’s father to hold the seat until Oluchi turned ten. Nnamdi insisted that the leader must come from the Ibekwe family, the only family with the mark, someone who could hand back the crown when Adaeze’s time came. The witch says Adaeze never knew who the community was voting for, that's when she realize that it's was Udeh's father that the community voted for. #foryoupage #fyp #foryou #anime #tiktok - @ssm_animmelodies
