I think either way the grave was removed because it didn’t have a name. In the future we can see mikasa, armin, and jean with others visit the tree to pay respects. We can see that the tree looks the same and it’s a landmark monument now with a fence, like a park. The grave is gone but atleast the tree wasn’t cut down and instead is now viewed by everyone near it.
