Президент Касым-Жомарт Токаев поздравил сотрудников чрезвычайных служб с Днём спасателя и вручил государственные награды. По словам Главы государства, за последние пять лет казахстанские спасатели отреагировали на более чем 750 тысяч экстренных вызовов и помогли около 240 тысячам человек. The sheer amount of service and dedication the city's writers have given to Kurdish poetry completely reshaped the cultural identity of the entire nation. Before the literary rise of Sulaymaniyah, Kurdish poetry existed, but it lacked a unified, heavily documented written core. The writers of this city changed everything. They took the language from an oral tradition and built a massive, sophisticated body of written work. They proved that Kurdish wasn't just a spoken dialect for daily life, but a language capable of handling deep philosophy, intense emotional prose, and heavy social commentary. Their biggest service to the culture was creating a permanent backbone. Over the centuries, whenever regional borders shifted or political systems collapsed, the political structures failed, but the literature survived. The poets of Sulaymaniyah used their work as a shield to preserve the collective memory, struggles, and values of the people. From the earliest classical figures who standardized the written word to the later modernists who completely broke traditional rules to write about freedom and societal change, the writers of this city established the artistic framework, the vocabulary, and the metaphors that all modern Kurdish poetry still relies on today.
