Just curious, but did Thoth the Atlantian write anything about the soul trap and how to escape. He spent time in the astral relm.

How did they resurface?

Astara Epona :

One time I had a dream that I had died and I was hanging onto the trees and someone said let go and then the next thing I was in the void, there was absolutely nothing but my consciousness I wasn’t really afraid, but I can now say that I’ve been in the void before I had to look it up the meaning cause I didn’t understand it at first, and it’s nice to hear the people talk about the void
