@canadapulse26: The battle over Alberta’s future is taking a dramatic turn. After Albertans overwhelmingly rejected the separation process, a new controversy has erupted inside the Alberta Prosperity Project, one of the prominent organizations behind the separatist movement. According to reports, Jeffrey Rath and Mitch Sylvestre were allegedly removed from their positions by individuals claiming to represent the organization’s board. The claims involve decisions reportedly made in September but made public only after the referendum. But there is a major twist: Sylvestre says he is still in charge, while Rath has challenged the legitimacy of the board meetings. The dispute has now raised serious questions about leadership, authority and unity within the movement. The timing is significant. In the October 19 referendum, approximately 75% of voters rejected starting the process toward Alberta’s separation from Canada, while about 25% supported it. Now, the movement faces two major challenges: how to respond to the referendum result and how to resolve its own internal divisions. Alberta’s concerns about federal policies, the economy and provincial autonomy remain important issues. But can a movement convince more Albertans to support its vision when its own leaders are publicly disputing who is in charge? 🔥 IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR ALBERTA’S SEPARATIST MOVEMENT — OR JUST THE START OF AN EVEN BIGGER POLITICAL FIGHT? 👇 What is your opinion? Should Alberta’s separatist movement continue pushing for independence, or is it time to focus on building a stronger Alberta within Canada? 💬 Read the full news link in the comments section of the Canada Pulse Facebook page.
