Our neighbour asked which clinic we go to 😂 We don't. Nothing has been done to either of us. What changed were six rules, and one of them is the only reason the other five ever stuck. Because three years ago this wasn't us. At 55 we'd finish dinner, sit on that sofa, and the night was over. His back, my knees, and a tiredness we both just called "getting older". I'm 68, he's 71, and now this happens in our kitchen most nights. The 6 rules ⬇️ 💃🏽 1. We move every day, even badly. A walk, the kitchen, whatever. The day you start skipping is the day it starts getting harder. But moving was never our problem. Having the energy to move was. 🌸 2. Which brings me to the one I mentioned.
