Yeah but if you don’t fix it then your the problem. I love this everyday. Pilot payroll should be the chief pilot but I get stuck stressing out amount it to the point I can’t sleep and have to drink 4-5 monsters. I do my job, my people under me jobs and his job. It does not get done then it’s all on me 😢

If you have a good boss they know who keeps the ship from sinking and hopefully give you credit or some sort of bonus. Mine does. And I’m pretty much a lock for whatever position I want when it comes up if I choose to take one, but I’m incredibly lucky with that and I know that.
