Recommend a new gauze for second pass. You are contaminating the contents inside the bottle by resauturating a used gauze with the tipping motion and on contaminating outer rim of bottle. Even if you double cleansed and disinfected your face before treatment. The pressure applied and using gauze is definitely picking up bacteria still on skin. Pouring some in a clean ramekin or something really small, you can saturate, squeeze excess in ramekin, the use new gauze for second pass and not have wasted any contents as well
