@somewhere.media: This London perfume store is designed to disappear with every purchase. Located at 198 Hackney Road, 12_things is the brainchild of former Haeckels managing director Charlie Vickery, who has created an unconventional retail space lined with reclaimed metal drawers. Each drawer contains a fragrance and is removed entirely when purchased, gradually dismantling the store's architecture until nothing remains. Opened on October 15, the concept challenges traditional retail and the obsession with endless growth, while its eight experimental fragrances explore unexpected notes of metal, plastic, asphalt, ink and dust.
