@byjenniferjames: All I wanted to be was an actress, I never booked more than a handle of roles but still was told all the time one day I’ll “make it” until I realised that the only person who could make that happen was me. I’ve always been a bit delusional when it came to my dreams, but turns out, that’s the secret. I vowed to myself that what ever I said I was going to do, I would do it. I held that promise to myself, no matter what it took. I became a producer, honed my creative writing skills into screenwriting and made sure I was always working my acting muscle. 6 years of Double J Productions. It’s not the way I thought my original dream of becoming an actress would happen, but it’s certainly better. 🌻💛 who knew, I was planting seeds all along!
