Fredrick Nietzsche was defining the foundations of secular morality, not universal morality. Would anyone consider it moral to step on a three-hour old baby and crush it? The Universe itself has morality built into its fabric. Hence we live in the Goldilocks zone, universal constants and fine-tuning favour life, including intelligent life, which allows us to ask where do we come from? why are we here? and where are we going to? Religions redefine morality according to whatever slice of time they originated in and the needs of the time.

"Wille Zum Macht" means both will to power and a will to overcome/cope. it has nothing to do with power over other people, but the courage to create your own moral code with yourself as the only authority and take full responsibility for it's consequenses- no god, no daddy, no ancient scripter to take the blame- just you.
