**🥐✨ Prosciutto & Brie Croissant Sandwich 🥓🧀🥚** **Ingredients:** 🥐 2 large hazelnut croissants 🥓 sliced deli ham 🧀 2 slices of gouda cheese 🥚 2 eggs (scrambled) 🥬 broccoli slaw + raisins 🍯 tzatziki sauce (spread) 🧈 A little butter (for frying eggs) 🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste 🍽️ Serve with: garlic bread **👨🍳 Instructions:** Slice the hazelnut croissants in half horizontally and pop them in the oven at 160°C for 3–5 minutes to crisp up the buttery layers again, then set aside. Melt butter in a pan and cook the sliced deli ham until it's sizzling, golden, and perfectly done — drain on paper towels. Fry the eggs in that same flavorful pan, seasoning with salt and pepper — go scrambled for that perfect texture. Take the bottom half of each warm croissant, spread on tzatziki sauce, then layer on broccoli slaw + raisins, the cooked sliced deli ham, a slice of gouda that's just starting to melt, and the hot scrambled egg on top. Cap it with the croissant top and press down gently. Take a bite and the flaky layers shatter deliciously — buttery croissant, savory sliced deli ham, creamy gouda, and that rich egg all come together in a dance of textures and flavors. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon pick-me-up — served with garlic bread on the side. Every mouthful feels like a little celebration. 😋🥐✨ - @minervarubio81
