it doesn't end there. the average crude oil price in all of these storage facilities we're bought at a low price to begin with and then they loan it at a high price. let's say it was an average of $50 per barrel, if they loan it at $100 per barrel, and then they return it at $50 per barrel into the storage facilities, that is a $100 per barrel difference profit. but wait it gets better than that. the price that we all pay at the pump goes shooting high as soon as anything goes wrong practically hours after, but takes weeks upon weeks to trickle down per gallon. this is how they tweak another 20, 30, or even $50 per barrel using this technique, so as to say, it is possible at the price that we all pay at the pump can have an equivalency of $200 per barrel.
