@thebrysontheosaunders: Quick notes: this comes from the VA Office of Inspector General's August 6, 2026 report. Raters got 0% joint ratings wrong about 50% of the time from April 2024 to March 2025, which shorted veterans at least $45 million. The rule is 38 CFR 4.59, the VA's rule, not mine. If a joint hurts when you move it, it should be rated at least 10%. That's about $180 a month in 2026. The VA fixed the cases the report found.
