I’m 28, 29 in a couple months, and I have been firm on not wanting kids since I was 13. I practically raised my four siblings, I’m not going through that again

JELLY :
I was always ambivalent to the idea of having kids. I was largely considered infertile anyways, No biggy to me. Then I accidentally somehow got pregnant at 38 and said “fuck it. Let’s try this adventure out” but my mind never really changed. I could have been very happy on my other childless trajectory. Life is life, It’s okay to change your mind and it’s okay to not change your mind. It’s okay to YOLO your way through it.

31. Happily married. Financially stable. People only quit asking when I got my tubes removed and shouted it from the rooftops.

It may sound harsh but ever since my brother and his fam moved back into the same house I'm in with his two kids, it has just solidified my choice in not haveing kids even more. I will be the fun aunt but I just can't be a parent

I told them I'd be first in line at Yeet street if I ever found myself pregnant and they've finally stopped asking... 36 BTW.

You'll likely hear it less and less as the decades go by, but up until your 40s they'll probably start throwing "clocks ticking" at you too. It's best to try and surround yourself with people who don't value you for their fantasy of motherhood

I’m 34 with no kids and people still ask me when I’m having kids or say “when you have kids”. It’s hard for people to accept when people step outside the status quo.

You’ll keep hearing it unfortunately. Even if you did change your mind they’ll question why you aren’t having more than one

im almost opposite. i wanted lots of children all my life and now happy with.
i have more respect for folks that say they dont want kids and have been sterilized than the folks that act like kids are just fancy pets

Just act really sad and say "I've been trying for years 🥺." That's what my wife and I do and it (hopefully) teaches them to quit asking people that question
