slab of pork in your garbage :

hate everyone who dogs on jenny. she was messed up from her trauma and wanted forrest to leave out of fear that she'd be unable to have a proper relationship with him, despite loving him. he repeatedly came back and eventually jenny tried to live a normal life with forrest, only to die of disease. both characters are put through absurd amounts of pain, but forrest manages to live a full life and raise his son. thats literally why its a beautiful film.
