@charliejhills: Claude can now hack your TV. And switch off the ads on your home screen (all of it reversible). Two free GitHub tools do the work: 1. CleanYourTV: one prompt that switches off the ad rows and bloat on an Android or Google TV, then gives you a clean home screen. 2. REA: a skill that works out the commands your phone's TV app sends, so Claude can build you your own remote. One person cleaned up their Android TV this way. Someone else got a remote for their LG TV that lives on their Mac (it even tracks screen time). So instead of a drawer full of remotes, you've got one prompt. Only do it on a TV you own.
