Guys, look at the top of first places dress, it's made entirely up by soda can tabs. It's like chainmail. I'm sure that's what put her over. All three girls did phenomenal though, and thinking to make it into a mockingjay style butterfly dress was SO creative!

i was gonna agree with the comments and say it was rigged BUT i do think the chip skirt was actual recycling and same with the water bottle versus the trash bag. i think that played a part in the judges decision i could be wrong tho
