Gonna talk about some things that are rattling around in me brain starting with racist why, why not? Growing up in Texas I’ve been surrounded by racist my entire life. My best childhood friend was going to klan events at an early age. I remember him coming home from his dads one weekend when we were 13/14 with a card that had his name on it from that local kkk charter where his pops lived. This was 92/93 and if you were that age then or just to be alive at any age then that you cognitively have a memory of, racism has always and unfortunately will always be a thing. I remember him being so proud of that card and me just not understanding but when your way of passage is one of where bullying and we got bullied, prejudice groups look for the bullied to back. They prey on weakness because the group in whole needs the weak to appear strong. I ain’t ever seen myself as a racist, growing up in the south I have been guilty of looking at the confederate flag as a symbol of heritage and not hate and have rocked a confederate flag bandana many of times, not taking into consideration what that flag represents to some. I know the history of flag, and the swatiska and that they go way further back than modern history would lead you to believe. I’ve known and been associated with skinheads in the past and even knew of people that weren’t Caucasian associated with the skinheads. Then being around the drug scene my entire existence it seems like white supremacy relies heavily on the drug trade with whom they consider minorities. To me that was one of the things that I know their reasoning behind it and it economical but you would think their superior judgment wouldn’t allow. It does because even back during the slave trade they were surrounded by minorities that made them economically sound. That brings me to our current president. He’s a effin racist, just because he’s got relationships with whom he considers minorities don’t mean the man ain’t done stuff that’s systematically wrong towards those with a different shade of hue than him. It’s sad to see about a third of the country gravitate towards him and to see people he would consider a minority cling to his every word. Even during the slave trade our history here is connected to, you still had slaves that did the same. Something in them has a weakness that the predator is able to seek out and use in its best interests. It’s that predatorial instinct the leaders of the pack use their advantage and you’re really nothing but foot soldier in their eyes. It’s sad to see how divided we are by a man that, if there’s ever been a wolf in sheep’s clothing in America, it’s him. We are just a couple of weeks away from what has the potential to be disastrous no matter if republicans hold control or lose. Governments around the world are telling its people to stock up on can goods. That’s never a good sign. Our military and I don’t know the full story but they just got orders and they aren’t good. The type of stuff that only happens when world wars have busted off. All because we have a man in the Oval Office that hates Muslims and Islam. The USA had they stayed out of Iranian politics back in the late 40’s early 50’s. That’s why their government chants death to America, it’s no different than our political slogans towards communism. Unfortunately racism is here and it roots from us being tribal historically speaking. We do better together than separated. Racism will probably never die completely but racist can recover. They just need that support and to be educated about it and find the root of what lead them there and fixing it. Love is always the answer to what’s gonna help them overcome it. You may hate them in the beginning but if that hate don’t turn into love, you’re hating them just like they hated others. Just something for y’all to think about.
