We've found motors rated at 460v ran on 230v (3 phase) will only have like 1/4 of their rated torque. Might struggle hard to get that trommel spinning and will probably pull quite a bit of amperage and over heat the motor. Probably will need a step up transformer or new motors.

Was just looking at one of these to clean the excess dirt that accumulates around the scrap yard 🤔 it needing 480 3 ph is the only reason I didn't pull the trigger on the one I saw on marketplace.

Military surplus generator would be the way to go. They sell cheap because nobody wants 3 phase

is the auger attachment for the mini ex? that's going to be super useful if you have to do any fencing or anything! also, does a 480v generator exist? or whatever voltage that tumbler thing is? maybe you could power it that way unless you have a dedicated spot to drop power to it? neat stuff though!
