Sam has been a disappointment as “Captain America” because he had the opportunity to take the serum but chose not to and then they expected it it be believable that he could face off against the Red Hulk. Sorry, he can’t be Captain America with out the Super soldier serum. Also, this all seems like you are trying to find things to be upset about from a trailer. Crazy idea, don’t watch it if you don’t like the marketing!
