The Ministry of Defense (Mindef) and Ministry of Works & Public Works Department (JKR) should be able to furnish a comprehensive update on the status of the current project progress and Ministry of Economy should be able to advise the next steps follow up to restore the current project 🥺

When contracts are awarded to 'unqualified' bumi contractors, this is what happens. Before commencing construction, the contractors are paid something like 10% of the contract value to buy materials etc. Instead, they use the money to buy luxury vehicles, high end handsets, etc.
