what if an expensive tier 5 med was covered in 2026 but not covered in 2027 on my plan and there are no drug alternatives for the drug and I need to stay on it because I've been taking it for 5 years? I take an injection of this medication every 2 months and I have enough to get me through 2026 and I just started this plan October 1st so I have not had to fill a prescription of this medication with this part D drug company yet.
