these are the 5 things i'd fix first, in this order. social proof. photo and video reviews, right under the buy button. not on a separate page, not at the bottom after 4 scrolls. people want to see a real person holding the thing before they trust you with their card. loox, judge.me and ali reviews all do this fine, just pick one and actually turn on the photo requests. gamification. sounds gimmicky, i know. but giving someone a small puzzle or a spin to unlock an add-on or a discount makes them feel like they earned it, and people don't abandon things they earned. that's what we built cartivate and wheelio for, one lives in the cart, one catches people before they leave. progress bar.

"you're $8 away from free shipping" does two jobs at once. it gives people a reason to finish the order and a reason to add one more thing. set the threshold a bit above your average order value, not miles above it. real urgency. keyword: real. low-stock counts pulled from actual inventory, or "order by 2pm, ships today." fake countdown timers that reset on refresh are the fastest way to lose someone. shoppers aren't dumb, they refresh. clean ui. a cluttered store looks like a scam. one clear product photo, one price, one obvious buy button. if your product page has 3 popups, 2 banners and a chat bubble fighting each other, remove two of them today. none of this is fancy. honestly that's the point. most of it takes an afternoon to set up, and it keeps working on every visitor you're already paying for. save this for the next time you're staring at your conversion rate wondering what's wrong. and tell me in the comments which of the 5 your store is missing, i'll tell you where i'd start. #onlinebusiness #increasesales #ecommerce #moneytok #shopify #ecom
