I saw some house in fed for 530K and in like woah woah woah, this house isn’t even as wide as a king bed and you want 530K?? How about dropping that down 250K

For row houses, and street parking that is hell. Plus now the crime has gone up in those areas. For the price of those houses, you could at least have a driveway versus some of those houses may have a parking pad in the back which then they don’t have a backyard.
