Not even 1 year 👀 I can't believe I am coming up to a year since I decided to make a change in my life. But looking back I can tell you this now - alot has changed. I feel like I have changed so much that who I am is totally different and I don't even think of the old me as me. I genuinely feel like I have quantum leaped like twice atleast in this time period. I've left my old life completely in the past, let go of old habits and beliefs and live completely differently. I now love going to the gym - so much so I was there for 2.5 hours on Saturday just nattering away after my workout. I dont dread buying or trying on new clothes - its now exciting. I've handed my notice into my job and going full in on my business and I am the most confident I think I've ever been. All this happened because I realised I couldn't do it alone - when you try and fail for 8 years I think its time to admit you need to try something different. And before anyone asks - no it wasn't the jabs. I literally chose to invest in myself, hire a coach and got PT sessions aswell and even though on paper spending that money wasn't "smart" - god was it the SMARTEST thing I've ever done. I've made that money back in my business within 6 weeks of locking in but I couldn't be this person that could have done that without the help of someone who knew what to do for my weightloss and fitness journey first. So if you're thinking of investing in yourself - do it and fuck anyone who says it's not a good idea.
