I rent a 40' container at a monthly antique and cool junk flea market for $180/mo I easily make rent on the 2 day event, I had a 20' at $100/mo. I got a bigger one so I have storage and sorting space. One of the other dealers hosts estate sales and sells the left over items at her container Juntique off main in Florence Colorado November 13, 14 is the next event

That’s the first thing I tell people…Don’t put it in storage. 😂 I’m thinking about moving & looked into a storage unit. 🤦🏼♀️

Yep! And then when clients call me with storage units I’m like we have to take it out and photograph it and have it accessible to a buyer then they never call again lol

Since you do estate sales for a living stop putting the eBay price on your products at the estate sale. The idea of these estate sale is to get rid of everything. If you want the eBay price then you have to put it on eBay pay the fees create the listing and then ship it out but right now it is a estate sale, It’s worth a dollar.
