Love is not meant to come with lesving everybody else behind. Just because you dont marry a friend doesn't mean you have to not have friends. A partner is not someone who dictates who you can or cant have in your life ( excluding bad people ). Im sick of everyone claiming a partner matters more when that is not true, YOU matter more than anything for yourself and that includes your love life, social life and everything else. You are not supposed to deconstruct your life for someone, you are supposed to continue living next to them not shape your life to their will, at that point you aren't you anymore. You are just their perfect doll shaped to their perfect liking for no good reason either.
