I’m a big fan of displaying those sentimental items!! If it’s important enough to keep, it should be loved enough to be displayed and seen and discussed with guests. Even that newspaper clipping you showed could be put in a frame with pretty fabric behind it and displayed in a gallery one in a hallway or something!

I had a 3500 sq foot house and 3 car garage. In 4 years somehow it was full! 2 kids, a dog etc and it happened. I downsized to 2300 and got rig of sooooo much but I am doing it again now actually! The more space to fill somehow makes it worse!
