The NFL needs to change the rule so the offensive players who are running the football, who quite literally have their hands around the football and can’t use their arms to defend themselves, can lower their head to break free from being tackled by defenders who quite literally have both arms free to defend themselves and tackle the ball carrier. Make it so the ball carrier is the only person on the field who can lower their head to escape tacklers.
