why doesn't the person turn off the overdraft charges? like I know with my bank I have the option to either let the payment go through and be charged a fee or to stop the payment to go through I thought all banks did that turning that feature off has saved me a lot of times

the last time I had overdrafts was 1998ish. I really screwed up. I learned my lesson. I have yet to do it again. I don't understand how people have multiple at 1 time. I mean 13.....how do you not know.

I’m irresponsible with my money so you MUST do what I want NOW! These people shouldn’t be allowed to use banks or at the least now have overdraft available at all.

customers like this get frustrated with me bc like you, I will not budge. I AM the wall they come up against & they get big mad cuz I won't provide them information I'm not permitted to give or they aren't hearing what they wanna hear.😂 Oh well, I leave a note on accounts like this so that when they hang up and call back and get another agent to try to do what they want them to do, that agent can read the notes to know what the situation is & what the customer wanted to happen. Depending on how many times a customer calls back, they can potentially get placed on the nuisance caller list😂
