And by friends, I mean Nurofen, Deep Heat, Voltaren and a very expensive physiotherapist. 😂💀 Remember when we used to wake up after a big night out and go straight to work? Now I wake up after 8 hours of sleep and somehow I've injured my neck. 😭 Sneezed too hard? Back pain. Slept on the wrong pillow? Three days of recovery. Sat down for too long? Knees making popcorn noises. 🍿 Went to the gym? Congratulations! You now need a week off. And the funniest part? We don't even talk about parties anymore. Our conversations are like: “Have you tried this magnesium?” “Who's your physio?” “Is that pillow good for your neck?” “Do you have any Panadol?” 😂 AFTER 40, YOUR BODY DOESN'T COME WITH A WARRANTY… JUST A LIST OF MAINTENANCE ISSUES! 💀 But hey, we're not getting old.
