@anitta O novo álbum de Anitta, **
#anitta #anittacy #equilibrivm
Every Sunday morning I would step on that scale before I even made my coffee. And every Sunday morning I would end up sitting on the bathroom floor crying, not because the number was the only thing that mattered, but because it felt like proof that nothing I did was ever going to be enough. For three Sundays in a row somewhere around week seventeen, the scale just sat there completely still. I had looked at everything - what I was eating, how I was moving, the lot. I was doing all the right things and still nothing budged. I remember standing in front of the freezer on a Tuesday evening genuinely wondering if this was just how it was going to be for me. That three-week stall was harder than any number had ever been, honestly. But I decided to keep going instead of quitting. This past Sunday I stepped on the scale and I just stood there. Smiling. Not jumping around, not crying - just standing there in my kitchen in the floral dress that used to sit at the very back of my wardrobe because I never felt ready for it. I made my coffee. I drank it slowly. That quiet Sunday morning felt like something I had been waiting a long time for. #beforeandafter #realbody #showingup
