if u get old and u want to stay in snrs home in Abroad listen to this advice. now that u are active and strong, build ur house in Ghana. when u get old, go stay in ur house in Ghana and enjoy ur pension money when u cant work again. Convert it to Ghana cedis and its enough for u. so that u don't go fight for single room in family house.

Build for rent and make money from it. I know this woman in USA, she have apartments in Ghana and the money she makes from the rent she invest in Ghana. anytime she comes home, she doesn't bring dollars because she have money in Ghana. just be strategic

the mistake I made was building a big house I would have built only 3 rooms hmmm but I built 8 bedroom apartments and it is not easy 5 years I have reached lengthen reaming roofing but it is not easy, I am now 6 years in Dubai I want to go home but can't go without putting the roof

It depends. If u are someone that goes home more often or yearly. Where do u stay than when u home?. Friends rooms or hotels ?. Better still we build houses ,and have appartments in them. I do go to Ghana in January without one cent n use my rent money for my holidays. I have two apartments reserve for Airbnb. So it makes no sence what u saying. Only if u planning to remain here forever .. 🙏🏿
