White suburban mom in a deep red state here - every single Muslim person I’ve encountered in my life has been SO kind, caring, and giving. In my travels in the UAE, I felt more safe on the streets there than I do on most streets of the United States. The perception manufactured here is repulsive. Are there radical people in the Muslim faith? Absolutely. But I’m sure the ratio of Christian radicals is FAR higher. Thank you for doing what you’re doing. 🥰

You need to visit a Muslim country. Talk about hospitality! I lived in Morocco and I did not want to come back home. I was welcomed and treated like I friend, not a stranger. Oh and I’m in TX too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So the cool thing about Islam is that they actually respect Jesus as a Prophet as well, they respect other religions as well. There are absolutely some radical Islamists, but there are also some scary radical Christians too... I've lived in the middle East for over a decade (Qatar and Saudi Arabia) and have never felt unsafe or had pressure to convert... most of it is all just propaganda.
