Pasta water doesn’t help most pastas. It only helps if you have the correct pasta. If it’s your everyday pasta it doesn’t have the correct texture from the extruder so it gets zero benefit from the water because it doesn’t contain the starch. I think it’s a bronze extruder if I remember correctly.
