@jos.pham.nguyen.sdb: A remarkable story of faith, repentance, and a new beginning. ✝️ Leandro de Souza, once known as Brazil's most tattooed man, spent nearly 20 years covering approximately 95% of his body with more than 170 tattoos, including a skull design across his entire face. His life was marked by addiction, personal struggles, and periods of homelessness. But everything began to change when he encountered Jesus Christ. After embracing evangelical Christianity, Leandro says he abandoned drugs and alcohol and began rebuilding his life through faith. In 2024, he started undergoing painful laser treatments to remove the tattoos from his face. A clinic in São Paulo offered to perform the procedures free of charge after learning about his story. Leandro has explained that his church never demanded the removal of his tattoos. It was a personal decision, reflecting his desire for a new chapter in life. Today, he shares the Gospel, speaks about his conversion, and has pursued theological studies and missionary work. In October 2026, Leandro also revealed that he had been diagnosed with bladder cancer and asked others to pray for him as he prepares for treatment. His story reminds us that no past is beyond God's mercy and that genuine conversion can transform the direction of a person's life. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” - 2 Corinthians 5,17 May God strengthen Leandro in his faith and through the challenges ahead. 🙏
