@set.apart.gardens: We planted a lot of tomato plants, and we thought, "Man, this is going to be enough. We'll be able to can and preserve this." But then when we harvested and preserved it, we only got four cans of tomato sauce. We were like, "Next year, we have to give our all to this thing for real." Whatever you think will be enough, most times you're probably going to have to double, triple, or quadruple it. Don't be so easily satisfied. Progress is good, but don't be so easily satisfied.
