🌿 HOW TO MAKE A LIVING WALL
YOU’LL NEED:
• 4 long wall planters
• 1 long planter for the ground
• Strong wall brackets / fixings
• Growing substrate
• Water
PLANTS USED:
• Variegated pothos
• Neon pothos
• Heartleaf philodendron
• Monstera adansonii
• Scindapsus pictus
• Coleus
• Mixed trailing foliage
METHOD:
1. Mount the 4 long planters vertically on the wall.
2. Place the fifth planter at ground level.
3. Fill all planters with substrate.
4. Plant trailing and climbing varieties throughout each level.
5. Let longer vines fall naturally over the edges.
6. Mix lime, dark green, silver and variegated foliage for contrast.
7. Water thoroughly after planting.
🌿 DESIGN TIP:
Place vigorous trailing plants higher up so they can cascade between levels, and use fuller plants near the bottom to visually anchor the wall.
